Is it better to build a metal garage?
Metal buildings are an excellent option when it comes to a motorcycle storage shed, especially if you would like a large building that you can use to work on your bike as well. They are sturdy, wind rated, and are an excellent defense against thieves.
However, they can be a little less versatile in terms of being able to move them. They also typically require a concrete flooring to make them as secure as possible, which can increase cost significantly. A wooden shed will come standard with a wooden floor with a moisture barrier and sit on 4×6 runners. So if you need to move it’s location on your property or across town it is not an issue.
